As a seller on our platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information about your AI tools and services • Maintain the quality and functionality of your listed tools • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner (within 24-48 hours) • Honor the pricing and terms stated in your listings • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not list tools that violate intellectual property rights • Provide appropriate documentation and support for your tools Sellers are responsible for: • Setting their own prices and terms • Fulfilling orders and providing access to purchased tools • Handling customer support for their tools • Complying with tax obligations in their jurisdiction

As a buyer on our platform, you agree to: • Use AI tools only for lawful and legitimate purposes • Respect the intellectual property rights of tool creators • Comply with the specific terms and conditions set by sellers • Provide accurate information when making purchases • Use tools in accordance with their intended purpose and limitations • Not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute purchased tools without permission Buyers understand that: • Tool quality and performance may vary between sellers • Support and maintenance are provided by individual sellers • Refunds and exchanges are subject to individual seller policies

All content posted on our platform must comply with our content policy: Prohibited content includes: • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights • Malicious software or security vulnerabilities • Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination • Adult content or services • Tools designed for illegal surveillance or privacy violations • Cryptocurrency mining or blockchain exploits • Academic dishonesty tools (plagiarism, cheating software) We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies and may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our terms.

Payment Terms: • All payments are processed through our secure payment partners • Sellers receive payment after successful tool delivery/access provision • Platform fees are deducted from seller payments as outlined in our fee schedule • Buyers are charged at the time of purchase or subscription Fee Structure: • Free account: 5% commission on successful connections • Pro account ($29/month): 3% commission on successful connections • Enterprise accounts: Custom fee structure Refund Policy: • Refunds are handled according to individual seller policies • Platform fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error • Disputed transactions will be mediated by our support team

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Tools Marketplace and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Regarding user-generated content: • Sellers retain ownership of their AI tools and related intellectual property • By listing tools, sellers grant us a license to display and market their content • Users may not use our platform to infringe on others' intellectual property rights • We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including: • Breach of Terms of Service • Violation of applicable laws or regulations • Fraudulent or malicious activity • Extended inactivity • Request from law enforcement Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately • We may delete your account and all associated data • Outstanding obligations (payments, support commitments) remain in effect • You may request data export before account deletion

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
